R.I.P.P.E.D. is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Program" that masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet.
If you are looking to lose pounds and inches, increase your metabolism, scult sexy, lean muscles, improve your cardio vascular performance, feel your energy and strength go through the roof, and have a blast doing it, you've come to the right place.
Please come to class with appropriate shoes, a water bottle, & towel. For the safety of our members, please refrain from bringing small children into the aerobics room during our classes.Don’t forget to be on time!
ZUMBA Cardio Dance- This new, exciting, effective class will get you moving. The routines feature easy to follow dance steps that tone and sculpt your body all to the rhythms of latin music.
Yoga- This ancient tradition is geared toward increasing strength and flexibility through a sequence of postures and breathing.
Yoga teaches relaxation, concentration, and toning.
On the Ball- Tone up with weights, body bars, and the ball.
Pilates- This class is a total body conditioning exercise method of combining flexibility and strength. The class focuses on your core muscles to increase strength and toning in your abs, glutes, and lower back.
Spinning- Cycling classes take you on an imaginary journey of a real bike ride. Get a great lower body and cardio workout in this intense class.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning)- Get a great overall body workout in one class! Intervals of step and strength exercise keep you moving.
Intermediate Step- This moderately intense class uses more difficult step patterns than a basic step class.
Power Hour- This all in one class incorporates cardio step, plyometrics, weights, and toning.

Non-Members- $45 per month
